Jade Starling
DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL PSYCHOLOGIST
BPsychSci(Hons), MMPsych, MAAPi
Jade is the founder of both Lane Wellness and Little Souls Wellness Centre (Tweed Heads & Bangalow). Jade is a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours.She is a warm, collaborative practitioner with a special interest in adolescent and perinatal psychology. Jade also provides psychological assessment and treatment across the lifespan.
Jade takes a creative and holistic approach to working with clients. She works from a positive psychology approach and employs a variety of evidence-based therapies to optimise outcomes including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness based and Play Therapy interventions.
Jade is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and regulated by the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi).
In her down time, Jade enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, swimming and trying to bake!

Samantha Smith
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
BPsychSci(Hons), MProfPsych
Samantha (Samm) is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA). Samm completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) before obtaining her Master of Professional Psychology at Bond University.Samm is passionate about supporting young adults and adults through life’s challenges with her warm, empathetic, and relaxed approach to therapy. Her areas of interest include women’s health, infertility, loss, and reproductive trauma, navigating relationships and interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, career uncertainty, and conducting psychological assessments (i.e., ASD, ADHD, specific learning disorders).
Samm draws from evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space to support you in achieving your personal goals.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or simply looking for guidance through a challenging time, Samm hopes to support you in navigate the complexities of life with compassion and care.

Holly Stoneman
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST

Holly is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA). Holly has completed a Master of Professional Psychology at Bond University, and a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours at Southern Cross University. Holly is also a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI).Holly has experience working across the lifespan and has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating life changes. Holly is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and welcoming environment to support an open space for individuals to explore their strengths, values, and goals for their mental health and well-being.
Holly is passionate about helping individuals feel heard, valued, and supported on their journey through her non-judgmental therapeutic approach. Holly is trained in cognitive behavioural approaches, and has a particular interest in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), which she integrates into her practice. Holly also offers psychological assessments and therapeutic support for a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression and emotional concerns.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys staying active through exercise, exploring new local experiences and spending quality time with her fiancé, family, and friends.

Maddison McLean
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
BPsychSci(Hons) & Board Approved Supervisor
Maddison has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Second Class Honours. Maddison is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is also a Board Approved Supervisor.Maddison has experience working across the lifespan and takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to therapy. Maddison is particularly interested in supporting women’s health, with a special interest in perinatal support. Maddison is a non-judgmental, open, and collaborative clinician who is passionate about building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients to foster a positive and uplifting environment.
She has a specific interest in Animal-Assisted Therapies and Interventions, having completed a Clinical Therapy Dog course with her dog Maple. In her downtime, Maddison loves spending time with her family (and dogs) in the sunshine at the beach.

Jas Redden
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
BPsychSci(Hons), MProfPsychJas holds a Master of Professional Psychology from Bond University and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Southern Cross University. She is a provisionally registered psychologist with AHPRA and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated (AAPI).
Jas enjoys working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and adults, and is committed to creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. She takes a strengths-based and neuroaffirming approach to her work and values collaborating with clients and their families to build on existing capacities and support meaningful, individualised goals. Jas draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support presentations such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, social and friendship difficulties, and adjustment to life changes.
Jas has a particular interest in conducting assessments with children and their families and values the opportunity to develop a clear understanding of each child’s unique strengths and support needs, so they can access appropriate interventions and supports.
Outside of the clinic, Jas enjoys walking her dog Nova with her partner, going on bush walks, and reading.

Chelsie Priestley
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
BPsychSci (Hons) Assoc.MAPS, Assoc.MAAPiChelsie Priestley is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours Class I) from Deakin University in Melbourne.
With a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach, Chelsie is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard and supported. She fosters a collaborative environment, working closely with clients to help them navigate life’s challenges, identify their strengths and align their lives with their values.
Chelsie has experience working with clients across the lifespan, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Outside of work, Chelsie enjoys travelling, hiking, exploring the beautiful local areas and spending time with her family, friends and dog, Sully.
Availability: Chelsie’s books are currently open for clients aged 18+ years seeking EMDR therapy.

Amy Magill
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
BCrim, BPsychSci (Hons) MProfPsychAmy is a provisionally registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has completed a Master of Professional Psychology and holds a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice, as well as a Bachelor of Psychological Science. Amy is an Associate Member of both the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (APPi).
Amy has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents, taking a strengths-based and neuro-affirming approach to therapy. She values building meaningful therapeutic relationships and supporting young people in developing practical and helpful skills. Amy aims to create a warm, supportive, and empathetic environment where clients feel safe, heard and understood.
She draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness, to support children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment to life changes, and self-esteem challenges.
Amy aims to work closely with each individual and their family to build coping skills, foster emotional understanding, and support growth toward meaningful goals, helping them feel more confident, resilient and supported in everyday life.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys staying active, reading, and spending quality time with her partner, family and friends.
